If you own a Dodge ramp-van read this! After two unsuccessful trips to Chico seeing the "specialists" in an attempt to have the sliding door (passenger side) repaired I went to Auburn Dodge After two unsuccessful trips to Chico seeing the "specialists" in an attempt to have the sliding door (passenger side) repaired I went to Auburn Dodge. The door would only open manually which didn't do me any good since I use a wheelchair. After three trips to Auburn, a new door module, a new body control, and hundreds of $$$ it was still not repaired. I finally went to Mobility Works in Sacramento who finally found the problem. Turns out it was only a broken wire underneath the panel behind the side door on the driver's side! Needless to say, I doubt very much if any of the parts that were replaced even needed replacing. I will NOT return. More

Service Visit I was having a problem with the windshield wipers coming on by themselves. After an inspection, service advisor Brian Evans ordered a new wiper switch I was having a problem with the windshield wipers coming on by themselves.
