Of course, we've come to expect this from the service department because every advisor we've come in contact with is wonderful. Every single one of them is knowledgeable, honest, truly dedicated to providing excellent customer service, and Robert Brassfield is no exception. We've purchased almost all of our Toyotas from Magnussen's over the last twenty plus years and the great staff there is the primary reason we keep coming back. Even when we purchased Toyotas from somewhere else, Magnussen's Auburn Toyota has done all of our service. Thanks, Magnussen's, for being such a great dealership! More

New tundra purchase I found Magnussen Toyota while searching for a new 2015 Toyota tundra double cab " on-line ". The truck I was looking at was an SR5 model....after se I found Magnussen Toyota while searching for a new 2015 Toyota tundra double cab " on-line ". The truck I was looking at was an SR5 model....after several conversations with Kristen Townsend we decided that a Limited model would better suit my needs. Kristen found the only truck in California that had all of the features I wanted and had it brought to Auburn Magnussen Toyota . The pricing that Kristen gave me was well below list price and was less than other quotes I had received from other dealers. I was very pleased with my decision to purchase my truck in auburn even though I had to drive 2hrs to pick it up. I would definitely recommend Kristen Townsend , she was a pleasure to work with. The finance guy (Chris Carew ) was great to work with also. He explained the extended warranties without being to "pushy" and I decided to purchase an extended warranty which is something that I rarely do. More

^ months visit Robert Brassfield was very helpful. He set me up with a technician to drive my 2014 Toyota Camry that has a loss power problem at low speeds. Acts lik Robert Brassfield was very helpful. He set me up with a technician to drive my 2014 Toyota Camry that has a loss power problem at low speeds. Acts like the key is turned off. Does not happen all the time. The technician could not duplicate problem but checked transmission oil level which was a little low. Robert suggested that I mention the pproblem again when ever it is serviced. Problem happened as I was leaving dealership and again today. Feel this is very dangerous since the vehicle just coast without power and have been almost hit in the rear end three times. John, Lincoln More

Stress-free buying experience We just purchased a new 2015 RAV4 from Mark Neumann and Magnussen’s. Before purchasing we shopped other dealers and compared both the RAV4 and CRV. We just purchased a new 2015 RAV4 from Mark Neumann and Magnussen’s. Before purchasing we shopped other dealers and compared both the RAV4 and CRV. Mark was very helpful and pleasant to work with. He answered all our questions and anticipated others we might have. We learned more from him than from any other dealer. He did not bad-mouth the competition, but just pointed out RAV4’s features. Mark never pressured us, even when he had another customer show-up while we were signing the documents (he was able to serve both of us without neglecting either of us). This was the best car buying experience we have ever had. We know that Toyotas last a long time, but if we ever need another, Magnussen’s and Mark will be at the top of our list. More
