Above all, I never felt like someone was trying to sell me a car—I was genuinely guided with helpful information to make the choice that fit me. Patrick Curb was the salesperson I worked with. He knows the models inside and out, treated me more like a friend than just another sale, and never rushed the process to get to the next customer. Jeff Blackwood, the General Manager, teamed up with Patrick to give me the best deal they could—and once again, there was absolutely no pressure. Then it was on to finance for the signing. Normally, you can expect to spend a couple of hours being pitched add ons, but instead I had the pleasure of working with Parker Helland. He was fully prepared, informative, and never pushed anything. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Partick, Jeff, and Parker……Thank you so much for everything. I LOVE my new Sq5 !!! More
Great experience with Griffin Palmer, who spent over 3 hours test driving cars with us after I was recently rear ended in my yr old SQ5 that was totaled. There was no pressure whatsoever. We lucked out and only had to wait a couple weeks for the new car in the color we wanted, and picked it up today! Griffin kept us updated the entire time. My experience at Audi Beaverton, working with Griffin Palmer, was the exact opposite of everything I feared. Fun, thoughtful, human, transparent - I can’t recommend this team of wonderful humans enough. If you’re thinking about purchasing a vehicle, I highly suggest paying them a visit. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had (this was my third vehicle purchase) - and best/only post-purchase experience! Instead of handing me keys and waving me off, Griffin spent 30-40+ minutes (at 6p on a Sunday evening, mind you) helping me personalize the vehicle settings and educating me on its unique capabilities and answering questions about things I hadn’t thought to ask about during the various test drives we went on. My first service experience at Audi Beaverton was outstanding. The Service Advisor who helped me, Zach, was smart and responsive from the get-go. My car had a mysterious small electronic gremlin occa outstanding. The Service Advisor who helped me, Zach, was smart and responsive from the get-go. My car had a mysterious small electronic gremlin occasionally causing the parking sensors to go offline. He and the technicians did a little extra research to try to find an answer, and were able to audit the parking sensor system and have the car ready for pickup within a day. Needless to say, I will be glad to make Audi Beaverton my home-base for maintenance and service needs going forward. More

Equally importantly, Griffin got back to us very quickly and helped resolve a few minor wrinkles that came up in the first few days of ownership, which says a lot about his dedication and commitment to customers.
