I have recently moved to the area and I drive a 2009 Audi A4 and I was looking for a new dealer to service my Audi. I did a little bit of research and came across this website and saw that many people have r A4 and I was looking for a new dealer to service my Audi. I gave them a call because I needed a 25k service and to my surprise they were able to take me in same day and provide me with a loaner so that I could go about my day. All work was explained thoroughly and they even washed and vacuumed my car at no charge. They were all very friendly and very accommodating. Needless to say I have found my new dealership! The two gentlemen that i dealt with, Matt and Chris, were friendly, comforting, and reasurring that i would be back on the road ASAP, which i was shortly after i arrived. I would give this dealership and their staff five stars, If i lived closer, this would be the dealership of my choice. I got a flat while driving on the highway. Audi roadside assistance helped with the spare and I called my dealer who had a new tire for me within 24 hours. Great dealership for both service and sales. We negotiated with five different dealerships and they gave us an excellent price and were the most honest and transparent to deal with.
