GM Kevin and Service Manager Michael have committed to work with Audi USA to find a resolution to the issue. They have provide me with a loaner similar to my A6 and tell me they will keep my car until the issue is resolved. I appreciate that they continue to work with Audi USA and Audi Connect to try to get clarity as to where the issue which as been ongoing for nearly 90 days is originating from and we all hope that a solution will be found soon. This is the type of exceptional service I have always received from Audi Central.
