This facility is a sham. The service department refused to schedule me citing a 4 week wait although I had a check engine light on. When I asked for other dealerships they t The service department refused to schedule me citing a 4 week wait although I had a check engine light on. When I asked for other dealerships they told me to, “Google it” and hung up on me. I called back and made them give me the information. From the sales sheister to the receptionist to the so called service department - awful and disrespectful. I called management and no return call bc they don’t care. Meanwhile, Audi Creve Couer got me in within the week. Had if addressed within an hour and comped the cost for the hassle and disrespect bc I am a valued customer. DO NOT trust Audi Kirkwood with your time, money or car services. The turnover in management should’ve been my first red flag. More

Audi Kirkwood broke my s5 convertible top frame while it was there for manufacturers warranty replacement of the hydraulic pump, they ripped the headliner too, damaged my window tint, broke the latch on the was there for manufacturers warranty replacement of the hydraulic pump, they ripped the headliner too, damaged my window tint, broke the latch on the spare access panel - they refuse to fix ANY of the damage... they charged me storage fees of $75/day, revoked the loaner vehicle, somebody broke into my glove box and stole my 9mm. i didnt have my car for over 2 months and when i got it back my car it was trashed. this is how they delivered my car back to me, this is how they performed the hydraulic pump warranty pump. i have posted pics of the damage and condition of the vehicle when they returned it to my on google review and on their audi kirkwood fb page. this is NOT a reputable dealer. i cant believe audi lets them keep their franchise. Great customer service! We ended up at Audi Kirkwood because of a freak accident that created a hole in my gas tank during a road trip. Cori called to reserve us a rental car We ended up at Audi Kirkwood because of a freak accident that created a hole in my gas tank during a road trip. Cori called to reserve us a rental car, and even helped us with the idea of purchasing a new car at that time. While we did not purchase anything that day, we eventually made an insurance claim to repair the gas tank. The service department was very informative and helpful along the way, while dealing with our less than helpful insurance company. A few weeks later we ended up purchasing a 2017 Q5 with Cori. We live 5 hours from Audi Kirkwood, so we had to do a lot of things over the phone, and were even in a pretty tight time crunch at the time. Literally, I think the whole team, from management, sales, service, and financing were doing backflips to help us and they did. Cori stayed in contact constantly has been very available and helpful after the sale to answer questions and help out with anything I needed. Great team! I would recommend Cori Rice all day long! terrible experience I would just say that you just bought the car, and had a terrible experience. First they couldn't figure out what the problem was after one having it I would just say that you just bought the car, and had a terrible experience. First they couldn't figure out what the problem was after one having it for a few weeks, then someone else was able to find the problem immediately and the company refused to pay for it. Just lay out the whole story. Say that you would never recommend using them to anyone and that you will be letting your family/friends know not to ever give them their business. More
