Not only was he diligent in following up with phone calls and emails on a new vehicle, he was also very responsive when it came to discussing trading in my previous vehicle. This is the second car that I have purchased from Suburban Audi and the fifth between my close family. Barron went above and beyond to accommodate my travel schedule, payment requirements and necessary options for my vehicle. When called by other dealers on my trade-in, there was no question that I was going to see Barron first. As I suspected, it was the only stop I needed to make! More

Suburban of Farmington Hills, MI was a great place to do business. It's tough to find a sales person like Brian Graham with such a caring nature, detailed follow up, and an incredible high level of knowledge. Truly a great experience! Brian even took the time to run a car fax, walked me over to the service department and set up a conversation with the service manager to review all the work that the car had done. Peace of mind is an understatement! HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS DEALER AND BRIAN!!! More
