VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I saw a pre-owned car online and asked the Biener dealership if it was still available. They said Yes. I went to see it the next day, and called to pu I saw a pre-owned car online and asked the Biener dealership if it was still available. They said Yes. I went to see it the next day, and called to purchase it the following morning. The salesman said "Awesome!" There was a little negotiating to do so I asked him to contact his manager and get back to me. He called back 5 minutes later and said "WE HAVE A DEAL." He said, "I'm not at the office now, so will call you tomorrow for a credit card for a deposit, but the car is being held for you." When I did not hear the next day, I called him, and he said "Bad news: The car was sold." I was quite disappointed and quite surprised. When did the car get sold? And why did the manager not know that on the morning I called to purchase it? I think they just found someone who was willing to pay more for the car. Unethical, and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. More

Rude employee I spoke with Ted over the phone reagrading Audi qx30 and he gave me completely wrong information over the phone. He mentioned car has technology package and gave me lease price over the phone. When I got there, he said oh this car didn't have technology package, but if you want one with it the lease price will change. When I started negotiating he mentioned this is not a grocery store. He was very rude, didn't know how to speak with customer. I have leased multiple cars in the past including masarati, Bmw and Mercedes, never met as rude as Ted. Louis Del Balzo always takes care of me. It's never a question of "if" I'll be receiving exceptional service or not, it's just the norm. Louis makes everything stress-free and he always make it a priority to get me in and out as fast as possible. I also never feel ripped off, even for a german car company.
