My Review of Audi Mission Viejo:
My first experience with this dealership was when I made a offer on one of their vehicles. Less than 2 days later I found out that they had not told the truth about their bottom line. I tried again later and found that they are consistent in not telling the truth. When I asked for an explanation regarding what they told me over the phone and what was published in the Autotrader, they did not even respond.

My Review of Audi Mission Viejo:
i would recommend going to see this dealership. its a beautiful facility. the salespeople were responsive and courteous.
the only drawback was they thought i was a complete idiot when it came to lease pricing.
if you plan on purchasing, by all means go there. if you plan on leasing, you better bring your lease calculator with you.
commonwealth audi is not the most exciting place to look at. however if you want a deal, they seem to be the most honest.

My Review of Audi Mission Viejo:
I recently leased a new A4 Avant from MV Audi. When I arrived for my first test drive appointment, the car was ready and waiting, so was a couple of lease quotes.

The test drive was very good, the sales person obviously knows his products.

I went home to think about the possible lease and returned 2 days later for a second test drive and to finalize the deal.

At no time was there any pressure whatsoever. Everyone I met at MV Audi treated me with respect and made me feel welcome and like a valued customer.

I can highly recommend Audi of Mission Viejo.

My Review of Audi Mission Viejo:
I contacted Paxton (internet sales manager) when I was interested in an S4. Paxton took me on a test drive and did not apply the typical pushy 'are you going to buy today' crap I experienced while at Commonwealth. While I'm waiting to buy my S4 until March/April when the new B7 comes out we did end up buying an allroad for my father there. Everyone at the dealership from sales and finance to parts were courteous and treated both my father and me like premium car buyers as opposed to the treatment received by the VW/Audi dealers. MV Audi is a stand-alone Audi dealership and is the best Audi dealer I've experienced.

My Review of Audi Mission Viejo:
While visiting them during a lull period where there was plenty of sales people sitting in their office, I could not get the attention of a single person. When the receptionist told the sales GM, he came out and told me to wait 10 mins. I went off to Cost Plus next door to do some shopping and returned. Only to be waiting again. After another 15 mins, seeing the GM himself chatting to his own countrymen who just stepped in after me, I turn to leave. Only then did he came after me, pleading and apologizing when I was getting into my car. If this was in the middle of a busy weekend, I would have understood. There was at least 5 people sitting in their office pretending to be engross in work. Thought their work was to sell cars!!!<br><br>And this is a new dealership trying to expand into the Irvine area??? Go to Newport Audi instead. You'll feel like you are buying a $60 car.

My Review of Audi Mission Viejo:
Very Professional. I dealt With Sam the General Sales Manager he greeted me and my wife personally .He didnt pressure us into the &quot;buying the car today &quot; program. We ended buying an A8 Long Wheel base from them . Although I Live in Newport Beach I didnt want to deal with Newport Auto Center or Commonwealth , One is a Bentley dealer and if you dont have a Bentley they ignore you and the other is a VW dealer . so I felt like I was treated like a VW customer.<br>and Mission Viejo was the only Audi dealer that offered free carwash
