My salesmen was Christian Lewis. He actually reminds me of myself. Young, passionate, dedicated, and very friendly. It was his second car sale so I was more than happy to make things go very easy for him and he returned the favor by explaining all the steps very thorough. He knew his information very well and I was very impressed by his professional courtesy. I plan to be a Audi customer for life after this experience! My new A3 pulled up very very clean and Christian was nice enough to sit in it with me for a little and explain somethings I didn't know before. Thanks Audi team! More

HORRENDOUS HORRIFIC & AWFUL EXPERIENCE Arrived at dealership service department for the very first time and was not greeted. Stood around for about 5 mins, made eye contact with 2 service advisors and was ignored until I said something. I was quoted $140.00 for diagnosis. Received a call about an hr later from Bill Fallon (service advisor) advising me to spend $1,300.00 not knowing if this would fix the problem my vehicle was having. I couldn’t believe the suggestion as there was a huge uncertainty and gray area on the information provided regarding the findings on my vehicle specially without knowing if it will fix the problem - that was a bit concerning. At that point, I told Bill Fallon I will get back to him in about an hr. Within a 2 hr span I received 6 phone calls from Bill pushing me to do the job, I felt extremely harassed as I was at the office working and couldn’t answer his calls. The next day I went to take delivery of my vehicle as I decided against the guestimate repair. During checkout I was told it would be a total of $145.00 for diagnosis I immediately replied and said I was quoted $140.00 and instead of honoring the price and taking care of me as a customer I was given a hard time over $5.00 to the point where after going back and forth Stan Rambarran (service manager) said “give it to him for $140.00, $5.00 WON’T KILL ME OR BREAK ME”. I couldn’t believe the poor words being expressed from a person that holds the service manager title. I then answered back and said that “it’s the principle that counts”. A week had passed I took it upon myself and contacted Kateri McGee (customer experience manager), she was very apologetic and said she would take care of me. Two weeks had gone by, never heard back from Kateri McGee, I decided to send her an email, her response was the following “did my due diligence speaking with the appropriate parties. I apologize but aside from that, there is not much in my power that I can do for you” I will never do business with you Audi of Shrewsbury/Wagner Audi and will voice my bad experience in all social media platforms. This is no way to treat a customer that drives a $60,000.00 vehicle – Stan Rambarran and Kateri Mcgee - you should learn how to represent your title, the brand appropriately and value 1st time customers. A bad experience will always speak in volumes, don’t promise something you can’t deliver. More

Four weeks after my initial contact about an A6 Premium Plus (that's all that was available), I got an email from Angel Cruz that one just arrived. I asked him to hold it for me till I could get there the next day. He did, and informed me that it had not yet gone through the 300 point certification, and had not yet been detailed. I saw it, I bought it, and they did everything they said they would. Angel and Audi of Shrewsbury get two thumbs up! More

I attempted to do this with Audi of Shrewsbury, but unfortunately it has come to this. I'm very disappointed with this dealership. I purchased a vehicle from them and I explicitly asked Tony in the sales department about any issues with the car and stated in writing there were no issues with the car whatsoever, that it was perfect mechanically and cosmetically. When I received the car, it had damage to the wheels. They refused to cover the cost of the wheel repair saying "its normal to have damage to the wheels". When I spoke to the sales manger, Dave, he rudely told me "no more action on this". Also, the suspension is throwing an error code and requires servicing, which should have been noticed and serviced prior to listing the car. On the financing side, the dealership finance department didn't enter information from my credit app correctly, resulting in potentially paying a higher interest rate than what I would have qualified for. Lastly, it took them 2 weeks to get the correct paperwork for the title because their finance person "forgot" to send it (despite being called and emailed many times). When I told them that I was going to leave a review detailing my experience, they threatened to sue me! Why would anyone shop here when there are much more honest and professional dealerships out there? More
