I went to Wagner to test drive a 2012 Audi A4 when the Auto show was at the DCU Center. Several people helped me, and took the time to chat...even though they knew I was not ready to buy. I then went to Wagner, spoke with Kyle, told him what I wanted, and at what price I was willing to pay. They had the exact car that I wanted, and I was not at the dealership more than 15 minutes before a deal was struck. There was no negotiating, they accepted my offer. Sure, I could have gotten the car for less, but I'm not the type to haggle over $500. Twenty four hours later I was driving my beautiful new car off the lot. More

Very easy to deal with. Fair price for a used Saab convertible. Mike followed through in having some extra work done to the car as part of the purchase which included an oil change, mirror replacemen convertible.
