I bought the Certified Audi A4 convertible on Apr 10th from Laura. She was super friendly during the entire process. Since the car, which I was interested was not at Wynnewood location she had to get that from Laura. She was super friendly during the entire process. After we made the deal, she said that the second key is not there and she will send it "Overnight". Today is Apr 21st and I still did not get the key. I had sent multiple email and left a voice mail then she called and said it has been already shipped and she will check and give the tracking info. Still nothing is there. I went to the website and complain about this in feedback section, unfortunately the feedback goes to her only and I am not sure whether any of her manager get to see the feedback, because I still did not receive any call from the dealership to explain what the issue is. Since I am in NewJersey, I guess they do not care whether the customer is receiving any good service or not. The certified car they sold had major issue for convertible roof which took 3 days to resolve at Princeton Audi. I am not sure what type of check they do before the sale. I would not go the them and never recommend them. If you are out of state and not living nearby I guess this is what you would get. The loaner car I requested had NO GAS in it. I had waited to drop off, so when I got the loaner car I was rushing to work and then had to stop and get gas. Also, I called at 5:15pm to let them know I wo to drop off, so when I got the loaner car I was rushing to work and then had to stop and get gas. Also, I called at 5:15pm to let them know I would not get there until just about 6pm. They told me no problem, Sales would be able to handle my loaner drop off and car pick up. Then 10 minutes later I got a call that said my car was ready, so obviously whoever I had spoken to 10 minutes earlier did not communicate my call. Finally when I arrived at the dealership at 6:00 pm on the dot, the service department was a ghost town. I had to wonder into the Sales area and ask for help. It took the Sales person 15 minutes to find my keys. She had to call the Service Dept. Rep to ask where my keys were (shouldn't they have told her before they left? especially since I called) Then I had to wait while they pulled my car up?(shouldn't it have been pulled up before they left the service department?- knowing I was on my way?) I was greeted as if I had been at that facility in the past. Josh greeted my with a smile and a "good morning". After I explained the problem and he checked the car, I was provided with a loaner car. Josh followed up with a telephone call to explain what was done and after checking my servicing records advised me of some minor work that I should consider. The car was reaqdy as promised. We took delivery from Mike of a new A3 on March, 7, 2012. The car was impeccably clean and Mike gave us a great tutorial on all the operational features. I would not hesitate to do business with Mike in the future. More
