Josh Shaw is one of the most professional sales persons I have met, and that is saying a lot. When you are having car trouble, the last thing you want is an sales person with a bad attitude. Two issues: 1) I think that when cars are taken in for service, they should be cleaned (inside and out). Mercedes does this and I think it's good practice. 2) when my car returned from service, the driver service, they should be cleaned (inside and out).
