The atmosphere at the dealer was very inviting and the sales staff we very knowledgeable and pleasant. During the test drive we went over all of the features of the car, which was no small feat! I would definitely recommend them!

My Review of Audi of Brookline:
I continue to be extremely pleased with my experience at Audi of Brookline. I have now leased or bought 3 vehicles from the dealership and have felt very satisfied each time. Janice Petrillo was my sales consultant for this last transaction (A4 Avant lease) and she made the process easy and enjoyable. We had fair and open discussions about car choices and pricing, and she managed the negotiation in a very professional manner. Her service throughout the process was proactive and genuine. I look forward to working with her in the future.

I have contacted this dealership looking for a new Audi. I did not meet Janice in person till the day I went to pick the car. Most of the work was done via email and telephone, which is helpful for a busy person.
She is professional, helpful and pleasant to work with and she gave me the best deal in comparison to other dealers.

My Review of Audi of Brookline:
Buying my new car couldn't have been easier: from the moment I walked in, I received prompt and pleasant service, with no pushy sales tactics. I had to wait for the car to arrive from Europe, and was kept up to date on the progress. All of my questions (while I waited impatiently for the car to arrive) were answered promptly. And the actual purchase piece was particularly efficient, too. In the past, I seem have been with a business manager for hours; this time, however, it was very quick. All of the paper work had been done before I arrived.

All and all a superb experience.

My Review of Audi of Brookline:
By far the best car buying and delivery experience I have ever had. Absolutely no pressure but they take all the time you need to evaluate and choose the right vehicle. Then they take care of everything seamlessly at delivery and go through all the features of the car in as much detail as you need. I am a previous Audi owner and used this dealership for service on that vehicle. Even though they are not the closest dealership to where I live, their service and genuinely helpful atmosphere brought me back when I was ready to buy a new car.
