Within 24-hours we worked out the deal over the phone and email without going to the Dealership. I wondered what would happen when we showed up in person, but it couldn't have gone better. We were in an out in an hour, driving a 2018 Q7 Prestige. McCall knows her stuff, is trustworthy, professional, and will not insult your intelligence with sales "gimmicks." More
