My Review of Auffenberg Ford North:
I would never dream of buying a car from this dealership based on the experience I had when I broke down while traveling through their area. Not only did they hit me with an exorbitant bill, less than 500 miles later I found myself at another Ford dealership needing the same repair. The other dealership made the repairs at less than half the price, and in half the time. I asked Auffenberg Ford North to adjust what they had charged me, but they chose not to help. I believe they are rip off artists!

I was very pleased with the good service Bobby gave me.I did not feel like he was trying to take me to the cleaners and he really came across with what type of used car I was wanting to buy. I had been to many dealerships before I stopped and talked to him, some of them I would just turn and walk away from, Bobby was not fake and I am planning on going back.

My Review of Auffenberg Ford North:
After some negotiations, Mr Mitchell and shook hands on a deal. He even wrote down on the hand written contract "One Key" which he stated was for the third set of keys, which we had shaken hands on.
Now, after the check is written, he is claiming that this is againsy the dealers policy, so what he shook hands on is void.
Other extras that we agreed upon are not forthcoming, either.
Very bad experience, feel very much that I was lied to.
Will not deal with this dealership for car purchase again, and will tell family, freinds, and complete strangers.

My Review of Auffenberg Ford North:
We were always greeted with friendly faces. Our salesperson, Vicki, was very easy to work with. I never felt talked down to because I was a female trying to get the best deal. After the deal was done and we were waiting for our turn to sign papers, Vicki sat with me the whole time and talked. She took her time showing all about my new Focus and it's bells and whistles....I may be in a few times to see if I am forgetting anything! I was very happy with my experience at Auffenberg.

My Review of Auffenberg Ford North:
Shaun did a great job for us in purchasing a new car. We set up an appointment to meet with him and told him what we would like as in the package of the vehicle, engine size, color, and the price we would like to pay. Shaun went out of his way to look up the vehicle and pass the price of the vehicle to his manager. Within 10 minutes he was back with the vehicle and the agreed upon price of the car. When the car was delivered, Shaun came in on his day off and delivered it to us. It was late at night and he stayed to show us all the features of the car. It was the best experience I had in purchasing a car.

My Review of Auffenberg Ford North:
After agreeing to a price over the phone and arriving with a check the next day I was told that the price would not be valid and there would be financing fees, even though I was not financing the car. I ended up with the car at the agreed upon price after talking to three people and waiting over an hour. Overall a terrible display of business integrity.

Ny experience at auffenberg ford north far exceeded expectations. The sales staff was friendly and courteous. I received a fair price for my trade in and the selection of used cars quality cars was better than most dealers in the area. However, the salesman Bob Uhrig is what made the whole experience worth it. He went far and above what most salesman would even consider doing. To sum it up, I would definitely by my next car from auffenberg.

My Review of Auffenberg Ford North:
This is actually our third used vehicle we have bought from Auffenberg Ford. The quality is always superior and the pricing is fair. They have always given us a fair value for our trade in. Vicki has been our salesperson from the beginning and poor Vicki, we have even called her at home if an issue has come up. She is very thorough, courteous and professional. She always handles any issues rapidly. During our last purchase, Vicki was swamped, so rather than have us wait, she asked if it was fine to have Bobby (don't know his last name) tend to our needs. Which was fine with us. He was very sweet, and professional and took great care of us, just as Vicki always has! We will continue to be Auffenberg clients! Great job Vicki and Bobby!

PS. We always enjoy working with Anthony in your finance department, too! Congratulations to him on the birth of his child!
