He also constantly reminds me, "Mrs. Barnett, I care about your safety." That gives me such comfort and assurance. David Wong has exceptional customer service skills. I am a senior citizen. I know very little about auto maintenance and therefore depend heavily upon Mr. Wong for his expertise. All I can say is, "He is the best!! A few more employees like him will put your service department in line for an award."
