The customer service here is disappointing. I went in search of a Sienna, and while some of the sales representatives were friendly, the manager, Mike, was rude and unprofessional. He avoided eye contact and was dismissive when discussing pricing, repeatedly insisting they couldn't accommodate me. The overall atmosphere felt disrespectful. Additionally, they seem to inflate prices well above the MSRP. Mike even requested a $5,000 down payment to hold a car, which is excessive, and he wouldn't consider any other options. Don't give your money to this place ever! More
