Salesman,Bruce Pileggi,serviced us, which is putting it mildly.Bruce has the uncanny ability to speak to the customer in a casual sense in order to define the customers need as well as their want. Bruce follows through from beginning to end, never neglecting the slightest detail. Bruce excels in sincerity and honesty, constantly doing his best to service his customer. My forty years in sales and management have never had the privalege to encounter such a man. Bruce is definitely an asset to your company! I went to this dealership because a friend referred it to me for an oil change. I told Mr. Crespo my air conditioner was not working he had them check it for me and I'm very glad I did because it turned out me for an oil change. This has been a very nice experience in buying a car Tracy knows her cars very well and she worked very hard for us We have had a few issues with the car and they have got it right in and taken care of Tracy knows her cars very well and she worked very hard for us We have had a few issues with the car and they have got it right in and taken care of it with no waiting This is a big plus to us we will tell a lot of people what good service we have had and they should look into buying a car from them More

My SUV had a recall type issue - AutoWay Cadillac in Port Richey was the closest dealership I cold take my vehicle to, I was leary that this (as most) dealerships might take advantage of my needing to bring Richey was the closest dealership I cold take my vehicle to, I was leary that this (as most) dealerships might take advantage of my needing to bring my vehicle in to see if it needed this small repair work done, however, I was not pressured by the representative who took care of me and the minor work was done (and very quickly) while I waited in their comfortable waiting area. Mr. Crespo the representative who took care of me from start to finish was exceptionally professional. If my vehicle needs service I will definitely take it back to him personally - it is nice to have a person you can trust and as well a service dealer who dose quality work. More

I have never taken the time to write a review about any auto dealership as in the past they didnt warrant any praise , however this dealership was different , they did every thing that you would expect and auto dealership as in the past they didnt warrant any praise , however this dealership was different , they did every thing that you would expect and more , friendly service , hospitable , no rush or pressure to sell which made this visit an pleasurable experience . Probably one of the best car buying experiences I had ever had. Everyone that I came across was more than happy to direct me or just say "Hi". The selection of color and equiptmnet was good and with Ke ever had. Everyone that I came across was more than happy to direct me or just say "Hi". The selection of color and equiptmnet was good and with Ken's expertise on the product, and the time spent, we found the right combination. The pricing and negotiating was very refreshing as it was presented in writing including all the fees and registration on one easy to understand form. We were a little surprised as to our trade value (isn't everyone) but we were able to talk and work through the numbers effortlessly. No pressure, just conversation. I would certainly send (and already have) anyone I know that wants a friendly experience. We bought a new car but talked about a Certified used car and they had some very clean used ones as well.
