I work a full time and a part time job and I didn't have hours on end to dedicate to hanging out in the showroom. I had a price point in mind and my negotiations were taken serious, resulting in a purchase with a faboulous bumper to bumper warranity for many years to come. I was also very happy that Mr. Roberto Bahamondes patiently familarized me with all the features of the car including the one most utalized by my daughter, known as the "On Star"! A terrific feature providing navigation, hands free calling, road side assistance and crash response, a total comfort package for any parent! I have been in the market for a new Corvette for a while. I first visited Roger Dean Chevrolet and did not feel welcome or even if they cared whether I bought the car or not.I then went to Schumacher Chevrol I first visited Roger Dean Chevrolet and did not feel welcome or even if they cared whether I bought the car or not.I then went to Schumacher Chevrolet. After test driving the car I guess they did not feel I was serious and would not answer any questions until I sat down and signed a contract. I then contacted Maroone via the internet. Within minutes it seemed Keith Shepherd called me to see if he could assist me in any way. Keith answered all my questions and treated me like he really cared. What a refreshing change! With in a few days I went to the dealership got everything I asked for and bought my brand new Corvette! I am very pleased. More

By the time of my second visit to maroone chevrolet I was completely disappointed Royal Palm Toyota unfriendly and rude attitude to me and that was the main reason why I decided to get rid of Toyota Camry 2011. We met very informal atmosphere in maroone chevrolet and the staff treated us with respect and reverence. There was no fast-talking sales pitch, no tricks, and no hidden items. The car that I ordered arrived well before the anticipated delivery date. Since my purchase, their service department is second to none. Scheduling of appointments is easy and the service is always completed in the time frame that I am given. The several customer service waiting areas are clean, attractive, and very comfortable, making the wait, should you decide to wait there and not take advantage of their courtesy van, very pleasant. Despite the fact that I purchased the car almost two years ago, at each visit, I am treated like a valued customer and welcomed to the dealership. Roberto Bahamondes always go out of his way to talk to me to make sure that I am completely satisfied with the car and the service that the dealership is providing. The employees of the dealership consistently go out of their way to make sure that I am satisfied with their service. I made the mistake of taking my car to the Schumacher dealership closer to my house for some routine maintenance. Their timing, errors made, and unpleasant atmosphere has sealed the fact that I will never return there for any reason. The same Schumacher dealership was one I visited while initially trying to purchase my car. It is a sad statement when I know far more about the car I want to purchase than the salesman. I highly recommend Maroone for sales and service based on my experience with them for the past two years. More
I give these folks all 5s because I recently purchased a ZR1 there and the staff could not have been friendlier and easier to work with. They treated me fairly and have continued to follow-up after the sale to make sure I am still pleased. I highly recommend this dealership. More
I am in GA & searched the web extensively for a very particular new 2011 2500 4WD Crew (very specific color & options) and found 3 identical trucks-one of which was local in GA, one one at Maroone in FL particular new 2011 2500 4WD Crew (very specific color & options) and found 3 identical trucks-one of which was local in GA, one one at Maroone in FL and one in PA. I discussed price with all three dealers, and Maroone's price was good enough that I flew down and bought at Maroone and drove back, and still saved over $1,500 despite a plane ticket and hotel expense. I was not pleased with the dealers advertising discounted prices that very few buyers qualify for, but all 3 dealers did this. None of them honored the web price because I wasn't on GM's limited mailing list nor a member of the military credit union, etc. This is a negative reflection on the industry and not Maroone specifically. The purchase process was efficient, pleasant, and the staff at Maroone was extraordinary. Bottom line was that Maroone offered the best price by far and the experience was excellent, which justified travelling from out of state to buy there. I would buy from Maroone again. More

WE TEST DROVE TWO CARS THEN WENT THROUGH NUMBERS AND FINALLY WERE CONVINCED TO GO FOR THE WAS VERY HELPFUL THROUGH THE ENTIRE 4 HOURS WE WERE THERE.
