I was sold a car with probable charging issue and its been in service since the car is bought and with no loaner. The issue is the 2027 bolt has been charging at level 2 speeds at level 3 tesla charging been in service since the car is bought and with no loaner. The issue is the 2027 bolt has been charging at level 2 speeds at level 3 tesla charging stations. A case was opened with chevrolet concierge team #101566295. The service rep told me to send it back to service. The service rep after one day called me and said its charging fine with no evidence or proof. I have simply asked for evidence of vehicle charging speeds in level 3 and since then no response. i would expect a better service if the car has issues as soon as you drive it out of lot. If i had option of giving negative stars, i would gladly choose that. More

The service department is not worth going to unless it’s for warranty purposes. I had an appointment for oil change, 4 hours later the employee lacked ANY customer service as he and another employee sat cha for warranty purposes.
