Having my car towed outside the service area, Ian was very helpful and reassuring me as to where to have the tow driver place the vehicle, It was 5:00pm, My vehicle would be worked on the very next morning. He set me up with the staff for the courtesy car to take me home. True to his word he called me early the next morning told me what the problem was and the cost. My vehicle was completed early that afternoon, I picked it up and was on my way home. Thanks Ian and staff.

Quickly isolated an issue with my Cobalts A/C and charged fair price for labor and was very prompt. I even showed up early to pick up my vehicle, and it was ready for me. Nice work, and very professional. They're doing things right, over at Courtesy Chevrolet.

My Review Of AutoNation Chevrolet West Colonial:

My most recent visit to this dealership was due to a problem with one of my tires. I was rather stressed at the time, since I had a very busy day scheduled and was afraid that I wouldn't be able to get the problem resolved in a timely manner. Ian Franklin in the Service Department was very understanding of my situation, and was able to get my tire repaired quickly so that I could be on my way. Ian was courteous and professional, and I left the service department feeling confident that my vehicle was safe to drive again. I would definitely rate this as a positive experience with the service department.

Just needed an oil change, new wind shield wipers and tires rotated. Did not have to wait very long at all. The employees were nice and very helpful especially Mike Wheeler!
