Despite having an appointment, I wasn’t seen until Monday and was directed to the express lane, where I waited 45 minutes while they figured out who my service advisor would be. That part of the experience was frustrating and disorganized. Thankfully, Devante stepped in, provided excellent service, and communicated clearly throughout the rest of the process.
