Evan was great and made everything very easy. I was in and out in under 3 hours, and they took my trade in as is. I was met with polite, helpful assistance from Aaron Dale and Jonathan Cole, as well as from the front desk lady. They weren’t pushy or prideful, but they helped me find a good deal on a new car and they tre and Jonathan Cole, as well as from the front desk lady. First, I would recommend checking multiple reviews, try to filter for service or sales, check dates of reviews-how current are they. I thought I had done this and originally went to Perkins in Colorado Spr to filter for service or sales, check dates of reviews-how current are they. I thought I had done this and originally went to Perkins in Colorado Springs, CO. For: *a check engine light that referenced the EGR cooler valve *a dash warning light at start up to “service electronic brake system” (this occurred after I pulled and checked all of the fuses in the fuse block ‘TIPM” under hood) *the cruise control not working. Their diagnosis was: replace EGR valve, replace clock spring inside steering wheel to correct the brake issue and replace the wiring harness inside steering column to correct cruise control issue. This was going to cost just under $4K. There were additional “suggested” service items for almost $1,700. I did not feel comfortable with any of the proposed work except the EGR valve replacement. So, I retrieved my vehicle. At this time, I found “Dealer Rater” online as a dealer review source. I selected AutoNation SouthWest (Denver area) because their reviews were the highest in the last 12 months of the eight dealerships that I reviewed. I asked for Colin as my service writer. I felt he was able to get me in quickly, he listened to my descriptions of the issues and when they had occurred. AutoNation’s diagnosis was: replace the EGR valve (this would correct and turn off the check engine light, apparently when this light is on, it disables the cruise control), and to reprogram the TIPM to correct the brake issue. I felt comfortable with this diagnosis because I thought it was a knowledgeable, or perhaps more experienced approach to making the required repairs. The work was performed quickly and as quoted without my spending a considerable amount of money on parts and labor that were not required. I was very happy with my experience with AutoNation SW and Colin’s help/professionalism in getting my issues resolved. I would recommend both for service on a vehicle. More
Whoever oversees this dealer or region should be terminated and banned from operating in the car industry in any form. The worst dealer experience of my adult auto buying experience. Not enough sp terminated and banned from operating in the car industry in any form. The worst dealer experience of my adult auto buying experience. Not enough space to provide all details, but please save yourself significant braindamage and avoid this dealer at all cost. Oh, on top of the horrible buying experience, in what i learned was a managerless dealer, the vehicle was delivered to me with horrific scratchs and scuffs at drivers door footplate. Please don't go here. More
The entire experience with Autonation Jeep Southwest (Littleton CO) was a great experience - and I rarely say that when it comes to buying a new vehicle. From the sales agent (Aaron Dale) to the financ (Littleton CO) was a great experience - and I rarely say that when it comes to buying a new vehicle. From the sales agent (Aaron Dale) to the finance guru (Ari Friel), the interactions were not only very professional, but with lots of great humor, and personality. Both had us feeling like friends in a short period of time. But, best part, we ended up with a fair deal, which is what both parties should want when looking to buy a new vehicle. More
