Need to update sadly financing department dropped the ball and ruined my experience. Samila called 30 days later and said contract was incorrect and I had to come sign new docs asap. She kept changing the numbers and had finance manager call me. They finally did fix numbers so in the end amount was less, but it was a struggle. Additionally I needed to take time off work to take care of documents. I was told would be ready and take less than 5 minutes. When I arrived finance person said would be 3 minutes she needed to take some documents upstairs. 20 plus minutes later says going upstairs and will be right back, she wasn’t ready to assist me until 10:30.
