I send this to the manager as well Hi Laura, We spoke recently when I picked up my car. The total experience at AutoNation was exceptional. It is never easy when something happens to your vehicle. I called and thankfully Tom answered. Immediately his understanding, calm demeanor, and professionalism put me at ease. Tom called me daily as we went through the insurance process, the repair and final pickup. And most importantly, my car was repaired a week from the incident. The car came out perfect and the work was spectacular. Please pass this on to the folks that performed the repair and the service team that programmed the front sensors. I can’t thank Tom enough for all his work and support. His proactive customer satisfaction effort and the entire experience at AutoNation makes me a fan for life! Thank you again! Best,
