AFTER THEY ORDERED THE HYDRAULIC LIFTS FOR THE BACK DOOR & I BROUGHT IT BACK, IS WHEN THEY ULTIMATELY NOTICED THOROUGHLY WHEN I FIRST BROUGHT IT IN. AFTER THEY ORDERED THE HYDRAULIC LIFTS FOR THE BACK DOOR & I BROUGHT IT BACK, IS WHEN THEY ULTIMATELY NOTICED THAT MY CAR HAD BEEN HIT IN THE REAR DOOR & I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW IT. I ASSUMED WHEN I COULDN'T GET THE REAR DOOR TO GO UP OR DOWN, THAT THE STRUTS WERE WORN OUT. BUT THEY SHOULD'VE CHECKED THAT OUT! NOT JUST ASSUME THAT WHAT I THOUGHT WAS WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS! IT TOLD ME, THEY HADN'T EVEN CHECKED IT OUT! IN THE END, I HAD YOUR BODY SHOP DO ALL THE BODY WORK REPAIRS & I AM HAPPY WITH HOW IT WAS REPAIRED. More
