Honestly the worst experience. Its already stressful enough dealing with a car accident and come to find out that they lost your car after going inside when it got towed there and Its already stressful enough dealing with a car accident and come to find out that they lost your car after going inside when it got towed there and was told no papers needed to be signed! Then having to constantly call to get updates and getting rude remarks; when I actually got to speak to my advisor (Nelida Lopez). The best part was being told I was a "lucky lady that my car was even done this soon" and being slid my keys to go find it in the parking lot, not even walked out to show where it was. I had to hunt down my dirty car that was supposedly in the detail area for a week before I was able to even pick it up. More

My 2023 Rapid Red Mustang GT Convertible had its passenger door and passenger front quarter panel run into after my owning it for just over a month!!! I wanted it repaired correctly so I insisted that St Pete AutoNation Ford be the ones to fix it. I have to say that I stopped by almost every other day to see it, But the repair was outstanding! They blended the paint beautifully, no rattles, and the finished paint was as smooth as glass! More
