While the purchase itself wasn't bad, it took 6 and a half weeks for them to get the MCO and title application to the Oregon DMV and even then they submitted paperwork with the wrong VIN. And that was after weeks of me calling them and having my calls dodged (I was in a loop of ringing and going back to a menu several times but was immediately answered when I called from a different number). They seemed to only actually get things moving when I told them my next step was to contact Ford. I don't know how they are for WA purchasers but do not buy from them if you're out of state or at least don't rely on them to do the registration. More
These guys treated me royally! Service Writer Conner said he’d see what he could do and found a tech (Brad) coming off lunch break who said he’d check it out. He came back w a temp fix until a part arrived 3 days hence and they got me in the following day to install it. I realize they wouldn’t have been able to help me like that if it wasn’t minor, but they didn’t have to do it anyway; they could have simply given me the next appointment 3 weeks out. Thank you Conner and Brad! More
