Oil overfilled by a half quart. Transfer case lube badly overpriced $100 plus labor. Service did not ask if I wanted to use Ford Rewards. "Meh" describes it this time. Bought 2021 F250 and flew in from out of state at 5:00 pm to purchase. They had sent me pictures and video of truck which i was satisfied with. When i arrived it was night and couldn't inspect in detail but to purchase. They had sent me pictures and video of truck which i was satisfied with. When i arrived it was night and couldn't inspect in detail but they assured me they did there 125 point inspection and fixed and replaced what was needed and they also provided printed report ( WHICH I STILL HAVE ). They were all very accommodating until i signed and paid for the truck and then they completely ignored any needs that i had in regards to preparing the truck for the 600 plus miles drive back to my home state. plow was mounted on truck and they would not expedite or help to take plow off and load it on back of truck, so i had to drive it back with plow mounted on truck. Once back in boston, they took about 2 weeks to mail me the title thus making it unregisterable or insurable. I also then put truck in shop for inspection of fluids tire pressure etc. and to my surprise their 125 point inspection was ALL LIES. truck needed brake pads, rotors, tires etc. and all sorts of odds and ends. I can't believe a dealership of that caliber, one of the biggest dealership chains in the country would pull something like that. If i lived a little closer to that dealership i would have returned the truck and sued them for fraud and misleading customers. They gave me a 90 day warranty if something major occurs but overall VERY DISAPPOINTED with the service , deception , and overall experience. Maybe the higher up administration of this chain is unaware of the business practice at this dealership and should be made aware of this. Lets see what happens with this truck in the next 90 days and how the dealerships 90 warranty plays out and how the dealership accommodates and remedies my troubles and added expenses to repair this truck. I WILL BE WRITING ANOTHER REVIEW AFTER I REMEDY THE TRUCK AND AFTER THE 90 DAY WARRANTY IS UP, just to let everyone thinking of doing business with this dealership chain, how they dealt with his situation. Could all this have been an oversight on the dealerships behalf due to employee unintentional errors ? Maybe. But i WILL DEFINITELY let everyone know after 90 days.
