The dealership facilities are second to none, very clean, organized and state of the art. We would definitely recommend this dealership. More
Customer service was phenomenal. Tad took care of me quickly and when I asked to speak to finance, I was approached by another courteous employee who offered to help. Karen Wilson in finance was helpful quickly and when I asked to speak to finance, I was approached by another courteous employee who offered to help. Karen Wilson in finance was helpful, but not pushy with extended warranty information. Prices were extremely high....but I know this is normal (although annoying) for dealerships. More
SanTan Honda is more customer focused than other dealers that I have worked with. They work towards a fair outcome. From a service perspective, I only had one minor issue. The work I had done required a programming change to the security feature that will not let the car start if the programming code in the key doesn't match the car's computer. After finding out the hard way that my second set of keys didn't work, I contacted the dealership and they resolved it promptly and at no cost. I only wish they would have asked if I had a second set of keys to reprogram! Overall, I would recommend them. I purchased a used vehicle here, and they were more than competitive on the amount they offered for my trade. I worked with two sales people -- both were upfront and didn't waste my time. They told me what the dealer could do and let me make the decision. More
My service advisor was very friendly and so was the courtesy shuttle driver. Even the rest of the employees I came in contact with were nice and willing to offer help without me having to ask for it. courtesy shuttle driver. As per usual Jorge was so helpful and up front. I always know what the cost should be and he is right on top of any changes. We always know what is coming up based on his recommendation. Honestly, I'm not the typical person who goes to dealerships. We've generally bought cars off Craigslist. We recently have been taking the cars in just for oil changes with a decision to do the he dealerships. We've generally bought cars off Craigslist. We recently have been taking the cars in just for oil changes with a decision to do the heavy work myself or a local shop. However, I've changed my mind. Jorge brought me under the car and explained what was wrong. He gave me good options and explained what he was doing. They were interested in my problems and worked with Honda to get as much covered as possible by the warranty (which ended up being the whole xxxx thing). I had almost bought the part and done it myself, but decided to just give it to them - boy I'm glad I did. There attention to detail is exactly what will save us money in the long run. As cheap as I am (just ask my wife), going to these guys is an investment in the car for a much longer life. Go to San Tan and ask for Jorge - you won't be disappointed. More
Dealership is very clean, no overly pushy salespeople bugging you. Greeter was courteous, offered water, and service person was knowledgeable and helpful. I have been going to SanTan Honda since it opened a few years back, prior to that, it was called Honda Cars of Mesa which I have utilized since 2005. Granted, the new showroom and lounge are fabulous but years back, prior to that, it was called Honda Cars of Mesa which I have utilized since 2005. Granted, the new showroom and lounge are fabulous but when San Tan moved from Mesa to Gilbert they were sure to bring with them the best customer service and Honda expertise bar none. When I visit the service center, I schedule it first thing in the morning. I sit in the lounge, providing this is an oil change and not maintenance which takes half of the day, have a cup of coffee and a donut and either go online or watch t.v. San Tan has always been the basis for setting the mood for the rest of my day being spectacular. More
I don't remember who I worked with, but I was not satisfied. I asked to look at a silver Element,. but the salesman brought me a black Element. I had told him I wanted to see a silver one, and his re satisfied. I asked to look at a silver Element,. but the salesman brought me a black Element. I had told him I wanted to see a silver one, and his response to me was "The silver one is in the back, the black one was closer." Before I left I asked for a price breakdown for the Element, and he gave me a breakdown for a Civic. I'm glad to see others had a good experience here, although I was not happy with my visit there.
