Best total car buying experience we have ever had! My wife and I are in our 70’s so we have been through the process before and are too old for nonsense. This was truly the easiest. Rick S. is a consummate professional. Knowledgeable and courteous in every respect. Even when I asked a dumb question! We traded in an Avalon that was really in near perfect condition. By his acknowledgement of our pride of ownership was special. I didn’t need to haggle or play ego games. This gains trust. I know you need to make money and you know our needs. Nice going! Rick also has a unique quality of kindness; a rare gift.
