Toyota when there's a Toyota dealer a mile away. I was shocked when I came in for my free service trip because the tech left the car in "program mode" He forgot to push the button that sort of looks like the alphabet letter "U" on its side. That meant my car gave me crazy display readings like "Hybrid Mode Off" when I started it up. When I called for help, John answered but the service department guys, Richard, DeAndre, & Juan, didn't. I did what anyone else would do: I referred to the manual & pushed buttons until my display worked. Stinky service reduced a five star review to two stars. More
