DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME, THESE GUYS LIED TO ME FROM THE MINUTE I WALKED INTO THE DEALERSHIP. THE SALES MANAGER CAME AND INTRODUCED HIMSELF, CONFIRMED THE VEHICLE I HAD COME TO LOOK AT. HE THEN TOLD ME MY MINUTE I WALKED INTO THE DEALERSHIP. THE SALES MANAGER CAME AND INTRODUCED HIMSELF, CONFIRMED THE VEHICLE I HAD COME TO LOOK AT. HE THEN TOLD ME MY SALESMAN WAS OUT FILLING UP MY TRUCK AND WOULD BE BACK SHORTLY. THIS WAS ALL AS A RESULT OF MY WEEK PLUS MULTIPLE CONVERSATIONS WITH MULTIPLE EMPLOYEES THAT I WAS DRIVING 200 MILES TO COME SEE THIS TRUCK. I HAD EVEN ASKED THEM TO NOTIFY ME SHOULD THE TRUCK SELL PRIOR TO CONTACT ME. MY SALESMAN JETEMIAH CAME AND INTRODUCED HIMSELF AND TOOK MY DRIVERS LICENSE AND SAID HE WOULD GO GET THE KEYS TO THE TRUCK FOR ME TO DRIVE. (THAT SEEMED STRANGE, DIDN’T HE JUST FILL IT UP?) THEN HE DISAPPEARED INTO THE SALES MANAGER’S OFFICE FOR A LONG TIME. THEN HE WENT OUTSIDE. THE SALES MANAGER THEN CAME OUT AND TOLD ME THEY SOLD THE TRUCK AN HOUR AGO BUT HE HAD ANOTHER AT THE SAME PRICE IN BLACK. I TOLD HIM I WASN’T INTERESTED IN A BLACK TRUCK AND THAT I DIDN’T APPRECIATE THE FACT THAT THEY DIDN’T EVEN TRY TO CONTACT ME. AMAZINGLY MY SALESMAN PULLS UP IN THE BLACK TRUCK FOR ME TO TEST DRIVE, OBVIOUSLY AS PART OF THE PRIOR DISCUSSION WITH THE SALES MANAGER. HOW MANY LIES IS THAT? I DOUBT THEY SOLD THE TRUCK AN HOUR PRIOR BUT REGARDLESS, THE LIES SHOULD BE WARNING TO STAY AWAY FROM AUTONATION ABQ. More

Sales men at full of them selves and just want your money, they don’t car that they are selling you a piece of junk and lying to you about it. I purchased a truck from auto nation abq back in the end o money, they don’t car that they are selling you a piece of junk and lying to you about it. I purchased a truck from auto nation abq back in the end of October 2023 and by then end of December my engine was knocking. After going through their warranty company “veritas global protection” (another joke of a company) it took me 2 months to get it fixed only to jump through endless hoops and still having to cover half the bill when their deluxe package says it will cover it all. I called to complain to the general manager of auto nation only to have him scoff at me for wasting his time and tell me tuff luck for buying one of his company’s lemons. Save yourself the stress. You’d really be better off going anywhere else in town, probably even be better off with some sketchy salvage title vehicle off of Craigslist than doing business with auto nation. More

Test drove vehicle (which broke down) but the sales person was friendly, apologetic, and not at all pushy. Did not try to push another vehicle on me or try to push something outside my budget. This place uses only stock photos of vehicles. I wasted a fair amount of time on the phone with more than one salesman about a truck, only to find out that it didn't have a fleetside bed (had a fl I wasted a fair amount of time on the phone with more than one salesman about a truck, only to find out that it didn't have a fleetside bed (had a flat bed). That detail was not mentioned anywhere in the truck's online description. The salesman said he had actual photos of the truck he would share with me. I just now checked the online listing and they still haven't uploaded anything other than a (beautiful looking) stock photo to their Web site. Kind of a bait-and-switch technique. I wouldn't recommend buying from these guys, because if they do this sort of thing who knows what else they're trying to pull? At least CarMax gives you actual photos of each and every vehicle. More
