Kenia was very proactive and with most negotiations via phone, kept the time traveling and time at the dealership at a minimum. Purchased a vehicle after hour of being there i had to go to work agreed to come back at 4 the next day to sign paperwork. There was no reason for it to be ran anymore. Definitely stay as far away as possible!! More

Despite repeated attempts to reach out via calls and emails, the dealership has shown complete disregard for customer concerns. This lack of responsiveness is concerning and undermines any confidence in their commitment to customer satisfaction. Rodney is a superstar! Can't say enough about him. The backup team he works with is mediocre to poor, unfortunately. Sales Manager Jonathan almost ruined the deal. When Can't say enough about him. When I asked whether there were two keys for the car, he assured me, with a photo, that there was. Once the car was en route to delivery he said: "Ooops, our mistake, only 1 key. The photo I sent you was an error." Not a problem as mistakes happen, I fully understand that. I don't think he deliberately misled me. The issue was his failure to FIX his mistake. I asked him to order a replacement key. He said he couldn't. I asked him to reimburse me the cost of a replacement key, he refused. Yes, the deal went thru but with bad feelings towards Jonathan and the way he handled his "mistake". Finance dude was a major slow down. Trying to arrange financing was long and laborious as Peter was with another customer for a few hours, and we waited, and waited, and waited and waited. Then once all was done, waited days to get copies of my signed loan documents. In Florida if a customer signs documents and asks for copies to be provided, the Company is required to do so. 3 days later. 3 requests later, still no copies of loan Agreement or loan documents. The purchase/sale and trade documents were provided immediately by Rodney on the day of the sale, but the Loan docs from Peter are still missing. . .Every time I ask about the missing documents, I am told, "He's working on them...." how many days does it take? I will always be a fan of Rodney, he went above and beyond; from my first on-line inquiry at 8:00 AM, to the same-day delivery 100 miles away at 8:00 PM he was stellar. As for the car itself? Magnificent. More
