I want to share a special experience I recently had selling my car to AutoNation. AutoNation wasn’t on my radar as a purchaser of cars so I decided to eliminate them from consideration. When I arrived for my appointment I learned that Sarah had a family emergency but she had briefed her fellow sales person Michael on our conversations and he was prepared to help me. I am in Tampa Florida and was looking for a specific vehicle, 2024 Hyundi Palasade, certified with less than 5,000 miles. This dealership had the car and color I wanted. However, being a disabled vet in vehicle, 2024 Hyundi Palasade, certified with less than 5,000 miles. This dealership had the car and color I wanted. However, being a disabled vet in Tampa it was impossible for me to make that trip. Auto Nation also was going to give me the best trade price, about $4,000 more than any local dealer and actually $2,000 above book. I thought all was lost… until!!! My salesperson Linzi and her finance guru Mallike stepped up and offered to bring the car to me in Tampa!!! I can’t even get a local dealer to do that. Linzi arrived with my new vehicle in perfect condition and took care of all of the paperwork, with a little help from Mallike the finance guru. Additionally, the trade and vehicle amount was exactly the same to the penny as if I took it off the lot myself. Linzi is an absolute gem!! I’ve purchased many cars in my life but this is the first from Auto Nation. It won’t be my last, especially from this dealership. Just professional, personable and down right friendly. Great job!
