Just bought a beautiful 2007 Lincoln MKX from Direct Auto Mall. I spoke with Mohammed (Sales Manager) on the phone who was extremely pleasant. I was in the market for a better vehicle and I was searching online and found one that I liked. My credit is not perfect so I wasn't sure how this would end up. I found Direct Auto Mall on Autotrader while looking for a pre-owned '07 Honda Accord. I must admit, I was a little skeptical when I saw how low their prices were compared to typical car dealerships. I had just got done going through hell with a new car dealership trying to sell me a used car and playing their stupid games. So I went to check out Direct Auto Mall to speak with some of their people and look around. Everyone was extremely nice and informative. They explained their motto of pricing a used car fair, taking the best care of their customers, and going the route of "sell a lot, make a little." I worked with Simon mostly, who was awesome. Easy to talk to, very straight forward, and treated me extremely well. All the pricing was laid out up front, with all costs itemized and nothing hidden. The car was ready when he told me it would be. Everyone else I spoke with either in person or over the phone was great, too.
