Overall I had a great experience with Direct Auto Mall. I worked with Simon Freitas (Sales)and Stacy Seal (Finance). Simon helped me to pick out a great and affordable car and Stacy got me a good rate on my loan. Both guys were honest and very personable. I am normally very put off by salesman because many seem not to be genuine but Simon is definitely an exception and I definitely do not think I would have purchased my car at Direct Auto Mall if he had not been the salesman. The only issue I have is that when I got my car, it only had a quarter tank of gas. I would have expected that the process for getting the car ready would have included filling the tank! This is a minor issue though and all in all I enjoyed my experience at Direct Auto Mall and would recommend them to others. More

We drove from Connecticut to Direct Automall after finding a vehicle on their website. We didn't know what to expect when we got there. I bought a 2006 Jeep Cherokee in March 2010. I received excellent service from your salesman. Fran (the Sales Manager) helped get me the price I wanted. The car was ready when they promised. After driving the Jeep for three months, a problem had developed. Fran was very responsive and addressed this issue as I hoped it would be. I live in Burlington, MA and I would come back to buy a car at the dealership again, even though it is quite far from my house. The customer service at this dealership is incredible! Thank You More

From the moment I walked in to the moment I purchased my Jeep Grand Cherokee Matt made me feel like I was the most important person there. He showed me what no other salesman has showed total respect. He wasn't pushy like most of them are, he was very patient to what I wanted and this took 3 visits for me to decide what I wanted. He never passed me off or tried to rush me into a decision. If there were more salesmen like Matt it would make buying a car more pleasant and less stressful considering how much money we are spending. You can be sure that I will recommend any and all of my friends and family to Direct Auto Mall to purchase future vehicles, because they have an associate there that understands the true meaning of customer service. I was searching for a decent used vehicle for over a month. Been to many dealers new and used across the state of MASS. It seemed like they all try to bait you to come in. I was referred to Direct Au month. Been to many dealers new and used across the state of MASS. It seemed like they all try to bait you to come in. I was referred to Direct AutoMall and was skeptical. I bought my Liberty the day I went in. The sales team took care of me on the phone when I had internet questions. The service team took care of my warranty work with no problems...and my follow up call from my sales guy was a non-sales pitch call. I never felt pressured to do anything. These guys are the real deal. Well, I can't vouche for all the sales guys but Matt took care of me and I'm sure they're all great. Kudos guys-C'ya when I buy my next one. Jeff More

Our salesman Simon Freitas was very thorough and personable, and we were actually sold before having to sit through meeting with his sales manager. We were also very impressed with the service depa personable, and we were actually sold before having to sit through meeting with his sales manager. We were also very impressed with the service department detailing the car, and then fixing a broken console door after we had picked up the car. I would have given all 5's above but the overall experience was tainted a bit with the hard sell at the end from the owner to buy an additional warranty agreement which we declined (several times). It's usually hard to root out a good quality used car and get it for a decent price, but I managed it, and it was easier than I thought. The people I dealt with made my car buying experience a total pleasure get it for a decent price, but I managed it, and it was easier than I thought.
