The vehicle was sold to me with a serious crack in the taillight and the dealership failed to disclose that to me. Humza Usman was my salesman who was notified immediately of the cracked light and has don taillight and the dealership failed to disclose that to me. TL the sales manager was incredibly rude, threatening and aggressive towards me for even attempting to get this resolved. There is a severe amount of water inside the taillight and the dealership is refusing to help or fix it. It’s become a safety concern and I cannot drive the vehicle because the water inside the light has caused my brake lights and blinkers to short out. I’ve tried reaching out to the dealership for the past month and they shove me off and will most of the time hang up on me or refuse to call me back or return any of my voicemails. Mitch Daniel, the GM, has not made any attempts to work with me either and has been dodging my calls for days. I’m at my wits end and am not sure where to go from here. I’ve sent them multiple videos and pictures of the light issue and the warnings the vehicle gives me when the lights short out. I just want my light replaced and they’ve made it impossible to try and communicate with them, they are very, very crooked people. More

I surprised my husband with a Range Rover for his birthday, that was purchased from Autos of Dallas. Let me start off by saying Bob my salesperson and Kevin in finance were absolutely amazing. My son and I arrived knowing that we wanted a Range Rover but didn't know exactly which one. We went to Bob for help, and he did an outstanding job helping us select the perfect vehicle. After selecting the perfect vehicle, we wanted to do some customizations and that's when Kevin in finance stepped in. They knew that we had a deadline and Bob and Kevin did everything in their will to make sure it was successfully met. In all my years of buying luxury vehicles, this hands down has been the absolute best experience. More
