I was pleased with the way things went no high pressure and my needs were met to purchase a vehicle . We came i I am leaving this review to protect other buyers, specifically women and parents who may feel rushed or intimidated in a finance office. We came in with a clear budget and communicated from the start that we needed the lowest possible price. What followed was a transaction that was neither transparent nor honest. Our salesperson presented tint and a car alarm system as standard features already on the vehicle. They were never identified as optional add-ons we could accept or decline. At every other dealership I have visited, buyers are handed an itemized list of additions and given the choice. That did not happen here. The charges were simply buried in the contract without explanation. The finance office compounded the problem. The finance manager rushed us through every document without walking through a single line item. We were asked to provide a deposit before we were ever shown a full breakdown of the purchase numbers. The office itself smelled strongly of vape masked by a candle, which set the tone for how the entire interaction was handled. We are a mother and her teenage son. We were not extended the basic transparency and respect that every buyer deserves regardless of who walks through that door. We have posted this experience across multiple platforms, have documented everything, and are prepared to escalate to Nissan corporate and the Arizona Attorney General’s consumer protection office if our contract is not amended to remove the undisclosed add-ons. I will update this review if the dealership does the right thing. The ball is in their court. More
