Gine Timing is everything. I walked into South Motor BMW with my wife a week or so ago and was greeted by a sales lady by the name of Ginele Rosario. Ginele answered all the questions we had, showed us all the cars we were interested in and took us on test drive. She introduced us to Freddy Quintero, New Car Sales Manger, who provided us some valuable information as well. We didn't buy a car at the time but we never felt any pressure. We exchanged a couple of communications during the week and when we went back Ginele was waiting with all the information we had asked for and a little surprise, a 2016 435i Convertible BMW Indivual, an awesome car. Our buying experience was great. Ginele managed the whole buying process with a great attitude, worked through the internal channels to facilitate all the paperwork in a timely manner and got us through financing in literally less than 10 minutes. Disrespectful I purchased my dream car from south motors BMW. Nevertheless, my experience was comparable to a visit to the DMV. Because of my budget I purchased a p I purchased my dream car from south motors BMW. Nevertheless, my experience was comparable to a visit to the DMV. Because of my budget I purchased a pre-owned BMW. The car was beautiful and it had all of the perfect features moreover, like any used car it needed some love. With the end of the month being around the corner the used car manager promised me to fix all of the scratches and imperfections the car had if I signed the deal that night. With the purchase being made on a Thursday the car was promised to be delivered on Monday so I could go to work "With the top off".Two and a half weeks pass and I finally receive my car, the car was amazingly clean and yes, several of the things I had requested were fixed. Nevertheless, the rims were still scratched. After speaking to sales representative about the issue he contacted the sales manger the response I received was " I saw the scratches but we are a business and need to keep cost down to make a profit, but I will see what I can do come back next week." The next week after a two hour wait and not being acknowledged by anyone I get the final response "Sorry we can't do anything have a nice day" I can't put into words the disrespect shown to me. I do understand I am young and I am not buying an M series but my money is just as good and would have hoped to be treated better.I prefer taking public transportation than to step foot into South Motors BMW again. More
