I tried to do a review using the Edmund’s link but it got all botched up ….i couldn’t get into my Google account after writing it in order to send it so I think that review got lost. Anyway, I had a great experience today working with Christian, my service manager and Derikk who greeted me when I entered the garage. Both employees were very professional and friendly and it reminded me of the good old days when BMW made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Way back when I bought my 1999 BMW. Things sure have changed over the years but today’s visit equaled those of 25 years ago. I have nothing but 5 starts to give to every aspect of my experience today at BMW. Everything was done to my car to my satisfaction and I hope my next visit will be equally as pleasant!

You all still have my key. I called to let your shop know your intake person took my blade key out of my key fob. Yes? Please get it to me. There was no need to have it removed but this was my first time being at BMW and he asked for it. Not sure why it was needed. I have been a Sewell and Autobahn customer for many years without distress. So your shop was unfamiliar territory. I called your repair shop early this morning and now its way past lunchtime and no one has returned my call.
