This was the first time I’ve used BMW of Arlington, but this one trip has made me a believer. I took my car in for an alignment and had to take it back due to the fact that it wasn't done correct. I was told there was a oil leak and a Front bushings were cracked and leaking. They told me the items w due to the fact that it wasn't done correct. I was told there was a oil leak and a Front bushings were cracked and leaking. They told me the items were not covered by my warranty and needed to be fixed immediately to the tune of $1882.80. I am a female and know repair shops do try to take advantage of women. Well I'm no dummy. I told them it should be covered under my certified pre owned warranty. Once again I was told it was not. I then took my car to a local BMW repair shop where they told me my issues should be covered by the warranty being my car only had 43k miles and less than four years old. I took my car to Sewell where I usually take it and they did the repairs and they WERE covered by my warranty. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE CENTER. NOT HONEST!! SEWELL IS THE BEST DEALERSHIP IF YOU NEED SERVICE. More
