I have bought 4 BMW's from this dealer and their sales and service are tops. Prices are as good as anywhere or better than many, and the service department is efficient and courteous. I picked up my car from service one time and it got bird droppins on it after they washed it. It was too late to re-wash, so they offered to detail it completely at my convenience, which they did. I had an oil change. OK. 1 week later, enginc service light is on. Returned, was told that I had a broken clip, which had caused the sensor for the gas tank pressure to turn on light. A 5$ fix and a $1 light is on. Returned, was told that I had a broken clip, which had caused the sensor for the gas tank pressure to turn on light. A 5$ fix and a $125 diagnosis. Timing is suspicious. At the same time I had some suspension issues to be checked out. I was given a diagnosis and recommendation for repairs that was remarkably extensive suggesting suspension related repairs of $3200 + 200 for another belt that was "cracked" but not broken. I took the same car a few days later to another BMW dealership ane had necessary(?) repairs done for $900. The following day the car passed NYS inspection with flying colors. More
I dropped my car for service. What an awesome experience. Although I did not buy my car from them, they treated me very professionally. But this is common for any dealership. More
