I dropped off the car at my appointed time and I was on the road in my fun loaner car within 15 minutes of arriving ( and this was a busy weekday morning). Carmine tracked the status of my repair work and let me know each step of the way via phone. Every staff member is pleasant and courteous and they make the client feel special.
