Excellent, Efficient I spent 5+ hours going back and forth with the Open Road BMW on Route 1 (Worst dealer experience I have ever had) meanwhile they got nowhere and seeme I spent 5+ hours going back and forth with the Open Road BMW on Route 1 (Worst dealer experience I have ever had) meanwhile they got nowhere and seemed like they were just playing games with me between the dealer and the manager. I went to BMW Bridgewater after and got Justin O' Connor as my dealer, I initially told him exactly what I was looking for and I really don't want to deal with the dealer and the manager game going back and forth. Justin told me I'll help you out and we'll get right down to business. I was skeptical at first but when he came back with the quote he was serious. He found me the exact car I wanted and with the best price compared to 2 other local BMW dealers. Even when I showed his quote to a 3rd local BMW dealer they said his quote was too aggressive and could not match it. I ended up with a brand new BMW 535xi thanks to Justin. If your looking for amazing service and even better prices, while skipping all the games other dealers play with you go to Justin at BMW of Bridgewater. More

Perfect Purchasing a new car from BMW of Bridgewater was a great experience. The Ralph, our salesman was great, the leasing person who made the deal promised Purchasing a new car from BMW of Bridgewater was a great experience. I preferred to negotiate by email as I evaluated my options and Justin was very accommodating (much more so than any other dealers). He did not pressure me at all, but also followed-up throughout the process to make sure that he was meeting my needs. When I decided to "build" my BMW M3 rather than buying off the lot, he walked me through the process and kept me informed on the status of the manufacturing. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience and would recommend BMW of Bridgewater, and Justin in particular, to any potential buyers. More
