Im a mechanic in brooklyn ny for over 20 years. They get parts for me very quick and a good enough discount. Just a few weeks ago i had ordered $3000 of wrong parts and i have been credited back no question parts for me very quick and a good enough discount. I bought my BMW 2007 530i in January and was very satisfied with the friendly service. I recommended my sister to get a car from Life Quality and she just got her 2008 535i today! I am a BMW customer for life. From the purchase of my vehicle to the service I have been completely satisfied. The gentleman that I purchased my 3 Series from was friendly, pleasant and made the experie vehicle to the service I have been completely satisfied. I don't know where these reviews are coming from, whether they're from employees of Life Quality BMW or friends/families of the employees. If you ever go on e90post.com (well known online community for BMW's they're from employees of Life Quality BMW or friends/families of the employees. If you ever go on e90post.com (well known online community for BMW's), they will all tell you they have had such bad experiences with Life Quality. Some say they'd never go there for service even if a gun was pointed at their heads and they would travel an additional 40 miles to get serviced elsewhere. I am not just bashing on them, but this is MY experience. I brought my car in for service, usually this process at any other dealership would take 2-3 days at most. Nick tells me he has to run a diagnosis on my car so we can both know if my car is eligible for the warranty. He tells me he'll give me an update by tomorrow. So tomorrow comes, he doesn't call. I e-mail him later in the day and he tells me he hasn't started on my car yet. Ok, fine! Maybe you're busy. I ask him if I can get a loaner car, because I need a car for work. He does not respond. On the 3rd day, it was Friday and I understand that they don't open on the weekends, so I e-mailed Nick and ask him if I can get an update before we get on to the weekend. No response once again. Then a week later, he still hasn't called or responded. My car is still sitting there at Life Quality BMW. I WOULD NOT recommend you bring your car in for service there. I'm not sure if it's only Nick the xxxxx, but definitely stay away from him. If you don't believe me, go to e90post.com/forums and do a search for Life Quality. thanks. More
My car broke down & was towed to Life Quality. Somehow the paperwork & Keys were lost and they weren't able to locate my car ! He the expedited the repairs and had me back on the road before the end of the next day. This is not my first experience there, I have been there numerous times in past to service my car or getting repairs and each time he surpasses the last with his dedication to customer's needs. He not only treats you like a valued customer each time but also as an VIP. Nothing but a positive experience each time. More

However, Because of my status in U.S. as an international student, Last month that I was trying to afford that car, I could not give them any deposit nor Price. That's because I didn't get money yet from my parents! And about this week, I finally got money from My parents! So, I called him up and said Anthony I wanna buy that car I was seaching online and then I've found that the car's still availble! I was kind of happy and excited because That was I was trying to buy last month and it is still available! BUT HE said very UNFORMALY you didnot buy that car last month, and now you said you want to buy that car! he was kind of yelling at me. "I was like what the?" "What's his problem?" (MAYBE HE had a very bad day for some reason before he was having conversation with me) He had told me that he could offer that car 29000 last month but now he said He will NOT offer that car with that price because their inventories are changed something so well Okay so how much can you sell that car to me? and he said he will get at least 32500$. It is totally awful to talk to him. He was yelling at me on the phone, and he was never listening to what I said. Yeah, I said then how are you gonna explain the car's depreciation?. One month passed by, that means the car's value would be lowered than the month before.. He was very very rude I never had spoken with someone like him. He had frustrated my one fine day! he ruined my feeling! He takes business in a personal way. Which is really bad for him. Because he's not a professional. He just proves it himself. Are you really want to buy a car from here? Just expect yelling, ignoring, No-respect, Higher Price than the actualy car's value. Just don't buy anything here. I was in the market looking for a bmw x5 for three months on line and local dealerships, and every time they made me feel that I was buying a home not a car. My review is strictly on the repairs dept. I have a strong solid 325XI When I got it back it is wabily. Once they pick up, later for you, get the car how you can. horrible experience. Sure the reps are extra friendly but thats just a put on. $2,600.00 for ???brakes and what? I did not mind paying the money but at least I should have received a car that was obviously repaired. When you all were at Remsen you were better, you cared now its just about my hard earned dollar and not good service. Now you are fancier, friendlier and lousier at the work. I want my hub for the spare tire back please. I expect to never return to BMW Brooklyn for repairs or renewal. I will return to my independent mechanic that cares. He don't have a whole bunch of cars lined up to bilk the dollars but give bad service, and he is more affordable for great work, I just thought going to BMW would make a difference. I called my girl friend and before I could say a word she tells me she hates your service or lack there of. I really hate, hate to complain I expect good work for my money even if it was a dime. I leased my bmw from this dealership. They have an awful service dept. They do not repair cars properly they do not provide loaner cars when cars are in for service in emergency situations.
