Let me start off with the fact that I live in Hershey, PA. I researched a pre-owned 2018 BMW X5 online and was contacted by Paul Rouhan. That is the good part. Nothing went well after that. My son and I m PA. I researched a pre-owned 2018 BMW X5 online and was contacted by Paul Rouhan. That is the good part. Nothing went well after that. My son and I made the hour and a half trip to check out the X5 and was met with a very busy showroom on a rainy Friday afternoon. I was not familiar with the dealership, but I have owned 2 BMW's and 2 Mercedes Benz's from Sun Motors in Mechanicsburg. These 2 dealerships are night and day from each other. I guess that "every" customer is customer does not apply to this one. We left kind of blown away by the lack of customer service we received. More on that in a few. I decided to give it another chance after emailing and texting with Paul. We made another trip on a very early Wednesday due to Paul telling me that he had to pick up another customer at the airport to "make a sale.' Unprofessional to say the least. My son and I made the trip in 2 hours due to a bad accident. This is where it goes straight downhill. I could tell by the pictures online that there was an issue with a part of the car and when I was able to take a good look at it there was a major scrape of the front fender that Paul related was "just a couple hundred to fix" and claimed that he never was there, seriously?? We all know that is not true. I was offered to have it fixed "after" the sale by making another trip to bring the X5 back and get a loaner and then make another trip to pick it up. I asked Paul if I could see the financing rate that they said they could get me with my very good credit. I kept getting the run around the entire time and was given a pen and key chain set. Paul then made the fatal error in my eyes. He related "come on Jerry it’s just a used car". I was knocked off my feet. SO, DO PEOPLE THAT BUY NEW CARS GET TREATED DIFFERENTLY THEN THOSE THAT BUY USED CARS? Last time I checked spending 40K is no different than someone spending 80K. Paul then pulled out the car key for the X5 and I asked him where the other set was. He related there is only one. Now I know why the X5 was not a CPO vehicle. Paul then states, "It’s one thing after another today". That is when I had enough. I proceeded to "Jerry's Office" who obviously was Paul's supervisor and I related to him to get the dent fixed, get another key and maybe I will be back which I knew would never happen. BMW of Cantonsville please treat all your customers with better customer service. You did not know this, but the car was for my son and he was able to see and learn a valuable lesson through all of this. DO BETTER. More

Jae at Catonsville BMW was really exceptional in helping answer all of my questions throughout the entire process of buying my new BWM X6; even after days after driving the new car home. Jae was also, pers answer all of my questions throughout the entire process of buying my new BWM X6; even after days after driving the new car home. Jae was also, personable and gave his honest opinion when asked in order to help the car buying process go smoothly in any way possible. Sigis, in finance, was very helpful as well showing me various maintenance packages and explaining them in detail. I enjoy the car so much more than my Honda Civic! I was with Honda for many years, but the quality has dropped and they no longer treated me like family so I've moved on and am a free agent. I love this BMW!!! More
