Recently leased a 2021 BMW X5 with these guys. Moved away for work, had an issue in my new building where cement or calcium or something leaves from the garage dripping all over my car. The new local dealers for work, had an issue in my new building where cement or calcium or something leaves from the garage dripping all over my car. I had a video rundown texted to me by 8:30am the next morning detailing the entire car’s condition and clearly explaining the issue and what needed to be done, as well as any recommended additions. Jamie was on the phone shortly thereafter explains the cost. This was such a stress reliever knowing that my car was taken care of repaired in short order, having my car back by the end of the day!
