This place is truly customer oriented. With all the positive purchasing experience aside, Peter really went above and beyond to take care of his customers. It's that level of consideration and attention to detail that really set him apart. The negotiation process was challenging but Peter was very fair and candid with the process. I did not feel cheated, intimidated or taken advantage of. Even though I paid a little more than I would've hoped (not necessarily more than other dealers), the service quality and the pleasant purchasing experience are well worth that little extra cash spent. I appreciated that in addition to offering new and pre-owned vehicles, that Jake Sweeney had purchase and lease options available on their loaner cars (nearly new from a mileage perspective and never titled) which ended up being the perfect option for me. This dealership takes customer service to a whole new level and I know this sounds cheesy but you really walk out feeling like part of the family. My husband and I went to another BMW store before coming to Jake Sweeney. Our experience there was much to be desired. So we made our way up to Jake Sweeney and met Shaun Sweeney who was great to work with. He was not pushy, he listened to what we had to say and bought a car. It was a simple as that. I had the car for 5 weeks when I had the unfortunate accident of getting a door ding. I called Shaun, he said bring it in and it was fixed within 40 minutes. This is the kind of service that I wish everyone would provide. I would not only by another car from them, I have referred a good friend to them. More

I contacted the dealer online about a particular BWM and I received a phone call from Brad within a few hours of my email. He was honest about my trade-in amount and worked through different payment options that would fit my needs. We were able to come to an agreement that same day. I drove from out of state two days later. The process was very effcient and everyone was friendly and easy to work with. All of the paper work was ready upon my arrival. I test drove the car and signed the paperwork all within a little over an hour. My overall experience was great and I would highly recommend working with Brad if looking for a used BMW. More
