This place is truly customer oriented. With all the positive purchasing experience aside, Peter really went above and beyond to take care of his customers. When he learned that I hadn't had breakfast a positive purchasing experience aside, Peter really went above and beyond to take care of his customers. When he learned that I hadn't had breakfast and was starving, not only did he took me back and offered me employee meal, he also brought me to a side room where no one can see me eating. It's that level of consideration and attention to detail that really set him apart. The negotiation process was challenging but Peter was very fair and candid with the process. I did not feel cheated, intimidated or taken advantage of. Even though I paid a little more than I would've hoped (not necessarily more than other dealers), the service quality and the pleasant purchasing experience are well worth that little extra cash spent. Brad is a BMW enthusiast himself who was very knowledgeable about the brand and models that I was considering. Brad consulted with me to understand what was important and helped to steer me to my new 328i xdrive. I appreciated that in addition to offering new and pre-owned vehicles, that Jake Sweeney had purchase and lease options available on their loaner cars (nearly new from a mileage perspective and never titled) which ended up being the perfect option for me. I absolutely love the car and the experience in working with Jake Sweeney BMW and Brad was very professional, easy and pleasant from start to finish. More

Over the past several years I have worked with Shaun Sweeney on a couple of occasions (one purchase and most recently a lease) and he will always go above and beyond to address my needs (which are rather particular), He takes time to make sure I get exactly what I want at my price point...never pushy and always listens to even the most detailed needs. This dealership takes customer service to a whole new level and I know this sounds cheesy but you really walk out feeling like part of the family. The folks here want you to be happy and they make no bones about it. Tami in finance is wonderful, too. The service department is professional and do excellent work. As you can see I'm a Jake Sweeney BMW devotee. They will always have my business. More
My husband and I went to another BMW store before coming to Jake Sweeney. Our experience there was much to be desired. We met another couple in the parking lot and he told us about how great Jake Sweeney's to Jake Sweeney. Our experience there was much to be desired. We met another couple in the parking lot and he told us about how great Jake Sweeney's customer service is. They were only there to look at cars on the lot not to speak to anyone. So we made our way up to Jake Sweeney and met Shaun Sweeney who was great to work with. He was not pushy, he listened to what we had to say and bought a car. It was a simple as that. I had the car for 5 weeks when I had the unfortunate accident of getting a door ding. I called Shaun, he said bring it in and it was fixed within 40 minutes. This is the kind of service that I wish everyone would provide. I would not only by another car from them, I have referred a good friend to them. More

I gave Brad my information regarding where I wanted to be for montly payments and he did everything he could to get me to that payment. He was honest about my trade-in amount and worked through different payment options that would fit my needs. We were able to come to an agreement that same day. I drove from out of state two days later. The process was very effcient and everyone was friendly and easy to work with. All of the paper work was ready upon my arrival. I test drove the car and signed the paperwork all within a little over an hour. My overall experience was great and I would highly recommend working with Brad if looking for a used BMW. More
